Thank God For You
Fan Support Takes Debut Single To The Top!
You mar recall that in our last issue of Gypsies On Parade we reported the Thank God For You had become Sawyer Brown's highest debuting single ever. We are happy to report that it went on to reach the number 1 position on the Gavin, R&R and Billboard charts. In fact, it held number 1 on Billboard for two weeks in a row! As well as becoming a number 1 single, Thank God For You has also become another number 1 video for the band, and has quickly became a fan favorite at the live shows.A sincere "Thank You" goes out to all the fans that kept a steady stream of calls and letters going into their local radio stations requesting the new single.
Amazing Light Show Sparkles On Set!
As previously mentioned, Sawyer Brown's recent visit to St. Joseph, Missouri doubled as a video shoot and a three-day rehearsal with the bands new set. Of course we don't want to give away any surprises...what fun would that be? However, there are a few tidbits of insider information that we can share. Bigger and better than ever, the set features the most spectacular display of lights ever seen at a Sawyer Brown show. In fact, the band's new nickname on the set is Brown Jovi. Most noticeably present are the four moveable light pods that frame the outside of the set. To say anymore would take away from the concert going experience, but we will say that you can expect an incredible grand entrance and heaps of Sawyer Brown fun throughout the show!
